i'm having trouble getting wireless working ubuntu 9.10. wireless card broadcom 4312 when try , install driver per this guide error when try , install ndiswrapper-utils-1.9. terminal tells me couldn't find package. help?

hey! can go applications > accessories > terminal , post outputs of following commands please?
