XDPUtilsClientSide class could not be loaded

when define xfaform variable hold process data in workbench following error:

----- error message -----
unexpected error encountered:
the xdputilsclientside class not loaded
the schema ignored.
----- error message -----

if cklick ok , check form schema settings in variable properties schema displayed.

if use xpath builder cannot access form fields. path stopps @ /process_data/[variable_name]/object/data/xdp/datasets/data/fsfields_

any idea?

ps: error occours on evaluation version of livecycle es , not on prerelease haven't found forum version.
