Converting a tiff or jpg file into a searchable pdf.

hi
i new lc, trying convert tiff file pdf through admin ui things moving fine. when used standard ocr option in file type setting getting error as:

error code:1000
error message: alc-pdg-001-000-conversion failed because of exception. connection failed service.

i not getting why error coming , along error pop-up of windows shows error as:

pdf generator process launcher has encountered problem , needs close.

please me in context.
