Writable PDF Issues on MAC Platform - HELP!!

is normal writable pdfs not function correctly on macs? not having problems on pc or on different pc browsers. after testing form on mac, found many problems. date , numerical fields not working. date doesn't come , users can enter in numerical fields. reset button cleared checkboxes, sometimes. tab order not functioning correctly.

do need different mac's? please help!! works fine on pc's. work uc santa cruz , of our campus uses mac's.

i trying away using excel forms, due of issues have been having workstation , printer setups etc.
