[SOLVED] -7404- configuration.php non writable lets save default language change - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

strange. don't know if bug or not.
even when configuration.php not writable, 1 may change default language in language manager site or admin.

on side note:
in configuration php see few variables concerning language.

these self explanatory:
var $lang_site
var $lang_administrator

but these for?
var $lang = 'english';
var $language = xxx

can try latest snv, , report back.
