once again adobe updater problem has reared ugly head.
after costing many of use several days of productivity trying update cs3 installations months ago telling moved files , had re-install cs3, once again when trying update id 5.02 5.03 message:
"the update cannot applied product. please re-install , try again".
why hard adobe act together.
so adobe:
1. not tell me re-install cs3, problem, case last time, on side.
2. last time moved no files, made no configuration changes, default install, not blame on me - problem yours.
3. act together! aggravating trying keep cs3 current , keep workflow going. others busy , not have time
needlessly re-install cs3 because cannot right.
4. responsible mess - fire him/her.

did figure out problem last time? have tried manual updater? version of windows running?
ranting here against adobe won't solve problem, , won't attract lot of help.
