JEvents 1.4.1 config problem - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have installed jevents , trying configure. problem when make change in configuration setting , click save, gives message "config sucessfully saved" doesn't make changes, ie reverts default settings.

anybody have suggestion?

i follow on message, because i'm having problems jevents 1.4.1 on joomla 1.5.

i haven't been able change "admin mail" in event configuration menu.

this message i'm receiving:

go events config section first , change email adress
go events config section first , change email adress
go events config section first , change email adress
go events config section first , change email adress
go events config section first , change email adress
go events config section first , change email adress
go events config section first , change email adress
go events config section first , change email adress

when try inserting in "admin mail" own email (within configuration option of event component), , click save, joomla waits few seconds, , throws me out!!! of back-end.

please, need this! total newbie here, have access ftp, , can manage way around code.

in short, need see how can make jevents 1.4.1 begin working on joomla 1.5???
