Joomla in 2 languages - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

hi all.

i running joomla cms in site using arabic languages.
now want launch english section in site, english topics.
i thinking install new system english site , before want ask if can use same system " same db , files"  2 languages, different style each language.

also if can customize english categories published in english section , other displayed in arabic site.

the contents different form each language , not translated form each language other.

could advise on ?!

if contents totally different, joomfish can't used.
creating separate site linking via urls indeed solution know.
