Routing Slip form

i working on sort of complicated process work item can go initiator 2 6, depending on items entered, , each of them can ask initiator redo work item. when participant asks initiator redo, after initiator redoes form, has go participant.

i found sample routing slip process has code , ideas think can use. can't find form in sample forms. routing slip form exist goes routing slip process , role files? if so, can download somewhere?

yes, there sample forms routing slip. called rslipst.xft, rslippar.xft, rslipser.xft , rslipres.xft. should in c:\program files\adobe\workflow server\webaccess\forms\form client\forms directory.
