i'm new yún. latest openwrt yun 1.5.3 image include real-time extensions, such rtai or xenomai? i've ready, openwrt isn't real-time, there forks add real-time extensions. haven't been able determine whether yún image includes such extensions.
i have application put 2 yún's alone on same wifi network chat each other in near real-time. need characterize worst-case response expect when sending message 1 other. know real-time extensions help.
the absolute response time isn't important me. more important once know response time, reasonably expect time (plus safety margin) not exceeded under normal circumstances.

@ejubenville,
the short answer no.
the answer looking yunos based on openwrt, based on linux.
does linux have realtime extension? yes.
are these extension ported openwrt? some.
do have list of them? no.
is more information available? yes
sonnyyu might have information, know. best ask these question @ openwrt. then may need recompile kernel, or @ lest install module on system.

sorry can't much.
