PDF - best way to upload and link? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

okay, what's best way to  upload , link pdf? read somewhere use image manager crashed. i'd image manager because gives paths instead of having figure them ftp. can adjust im pdfs? , what's best way link them?  have joomla xplorer, doesn't give paths. , of course, no 1 on front end can use it. dirt simple i've been pulling niter again , i'm fuxxy 

you upload pdf's docman (document manager) in either frontend or admin backend (you can link them location on other server) , can create link image/text jce has plugin called doclink opens popup window document categories , can link subsequent document in category... can extension pdf/doc/zip/txt/exe/etc depend on settings in docman.
