Newbie here- can't save data in forms w/ Adobe Pro

i brand new creating forms, please gentle.

i posted in adobe acrobat general forum , suggested post here.

i have user creating fillable form imported word. uses livecycle , creates form fine. after creates form pulls in adobe pro 7.0 , fills out. able save as, when pulls form should have data in it, getting blank form , of entered not there. has other forms has created (but don't know if created them word) can fill out , when saves them data appears when opens them

i able recreate problem on own pc when created form word.

we opening pdf in pro, not reader. able save , saves, minus data. doing wrong?

i having same problem purchase order have fields calculated. info save except that. have looked everywhere feel like. if figure out let me know, vice versa. have subscribed also. 1 thing did stay when saved in "object" went binding , changed "none" "normal" , fixed 1 thing, not others. maybe you. luck!
