installed ubuntu onto dell inspiron desktop last monday wubi download (previously running vista only).
ubuntu running fine - until morning! last night installed 107(!) files update manager shut down. morning pc boots ok vista when trying boot ubuntu message:
[linux-bzimage, setup=0x3400, size=0x3bef40]
[initrd, addr=0x3782d000, size=0x7c2357]
[ 1.451500] kernel panic - not syncing: vfs: unable mount root fs on unknown-block (8,3)
appreciated...i'd away vista!
