Issues with installing or uninstalling components - almost blank page displays - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

when trying install or uninstall components 'vanilla' screen not include formatting, menu options, etc...

it not show installed components.

you should able see mean below.



all other site options (including install of modules , mambots) fine.

i'm pretty working few months ago...

(one thing - site isn't live yet , access via 'instant access domain alias' until flip switch)

it may permission issue in: 
/administrator/components/com_installer/component/files here
