Thread: Intel 4965 can't get more than 54M on Karmic

so had problem wireless not connecting installed linux backports , started working not going full 130m router can do.

found there seams problem aht5k driver being blacklisted
removed backport driver , tried this

1. open /etc/modprobe.d & "blacklist-ath_pci.conf"
2. if there--open file root & put # in front of "blacklist ath_pci"
3. reboot

wireless still connects seams system thinks router capable of transmitting 54m not 130m when running windows on same system.

1 thing hanging me , more of anoyance still fix it. send lots of video files on wlan nas.
