LSCU Retrieval of Licenses failed

i want set alm internal host.
after installation of licenseserver , lscu there ist following message in protocoll:
lscu failed retrive license entitlement acrobatstandard-8.0all-ps-loc. error code: <37> (50041,41143,34)

checked proxy-settings, looks lscu cannot contace adobe-activation-server?

1. make sure firewall not blocking lscu communication.
2. proxy server using? lscu default auto-detects ie proxy settings , use these values. otherwise go tab->click "modify proxy settings" , choose other options.
3. first try direct connection, in case machine can directly access internet. else try manual proxy configuraton if know proxy server address , port.
