<> Template installs ok, but not seen in template manager ?? - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i have been steadily working on joomla 1.5 template,
now unable see template in template manager.
it install succesfully , can seen in unistall/template section

this seems have occured after re-install of joomla using latest svn version

i can't remember editing template prior , can't see in of template files cause problem.
i've tried resinatlling joomla, problem still there.
any idea file missing vital , if ?

i've had same problem before.
check name of template in xml file.
it should match name on index.php file exactly.
