Upload to UNO board

look have problem uno.my laptop can not insall arduino driver software,it come error ''windows has found driver software device,but encountered error when attempting install (code 10)'' 1 can please.....

did ever work?

the lights won't flicker, until avrdude starts sending information. , avrdude isn't going send data until os lets open serial port.

did select correct board in board menu?
