Accendental Deletion of mod_mainmenu - Joomla! Forum - community, help and support

i don't think i'm supposed able delete module did.  accidentally deleted mod_mainmenu

i deleting modules associated product chose not use , got carried away.  under installers menu -> modules selected , hit uninstall.

can please tell me how back?

update:

i reinstalled mod_mainmenu download of full install of joomla still isn't working.  mean full site reinstall needed?
