i newcomer content management systems , building first site joomla.  starting hang of things - had installed community builder extension , accounts expiration control subscription manager.  received warning not commit aec hacks unless modified joomla.php permissions , set globals.php off.  checked globals, , set off.  when changed permissions on joomla.php happened.  when open website warning:
